*ONE Registration Fee includes the following for the Registered author:
- Welcome reception
- Conference Delegate attendance ID card/ Pass
- Conference Folder or Bag
- Participation in the technical program
- Printed Participation/Presentation Certificate
- Printed Proceeding with ISBN
- Coffee breaks on the presentation day
- Lunch on the presentation day
Once your paper is accepted by the IIER Conference Editorial Board, the registration process will begin. You need to complete the following four steps in order to complete the Registration process as an author or listener.
Step 1 - Choose the category of registration

Important things
- Authors (IIER & IEEE Member) must send their valid membership ID and proof of membership to the coordinator (info@theiier.org)to confirm their category before last date of registration.
- The regular fee will be charged for up to 6 pages and after that an additional USD 20 per extra page will be charged.
DISCOUNT IN REGISTRATION FEES: All authors can take the advantage of Discounted Registration fees if the same author registers more than one paper for the same conference.
In case of the first paper, full registration fee will be charged and from second paper onwards the author can register at a discount of 50% (only if the same author registers for all the papers).Step-2 Choose the payment method
After choosing the right categories, now it’s time to choose the Payment method.

For offline Bank Transaction, you can check the acceptance letter or email to info@theiier.org to get the Bank details.
Payment Confirmation:
- After making the payment through TheIIER Secure Online payment, you will get a Payment Confirmation email from the Payment Gateway which contains(Order ID, Transaction ID and other details).
- In order to confirm your registration process you need to forward the email (from Payment Gateway) to info@theiier.org before last date of Registration and wait for the Coordinator’s confirmation email to your registered email address only.
- If you have done the payment through the Bank account(Offline payment), then you need to send the transaction proof which contains(Transaction ID, Sender’s Bank Name and address, Date of Transaction) to info@theiier.org before the last date of registration. The Coordinator will check the transaction and confirm the payment status.
Note: Offline payment may take several days (5 to 45 working days) for the confirmation from Coordinator. All authors must note the last date of registration.
Step 3 – Registration form and Copyright Transfer
All authors must sign Author’s Registration Form (Download here) and the Listeners must sign the Listener’s Registration Form (Download here) and send the scanned copy (PDF/ JPG/ PNG format) of the duly signed form to info@theiier.org only before the last date of Registration.
Step 4 – Registration Confirmation
Email the filled up Registration form (.doc/.docx/PDF format) along with the payment proof to email id: info@theiier.org
Step-5- Final Confirmation and Schedule
After getting the payment details and the registration form, our coordinator will send the final confirmation email and conference schedule after the last date of registration to your registered email address. You can start your travel planning after getting the “Final Confirmation Email” form our coordinator.
