Step-by-Step Review Workflow
1
Manuscript Submission
- Authors submit their papers via TheIIER's online portal in .doc format
- Each submission receives a unique Paper ID for tracking and correspondence
2
Initial Editorial Screening
- The Conference editorial committee checks for formatting compliance, plagiarism, and scope alignment
- Papers failing to meet basic standards are returned without review
3
Double-Blind Peer Review
- TheIIER strictly follows a double-blind system for all conference and journal papers
- Reviewers do not know the authors' identities, and vice versa
- Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two subject experts selected based on domain relevance
4
Evaluation Criteria
Reviewers assess manuscripts based on:
Originality & Novelty
Methodological Rigor
Relevance to Field
Clarity of Presentation
Ethical Compliance
- Constructive feedback and recommendations (accept, revise, reject) are provided
5
Author Revision
- If revisions are requested, authors must address reviewer comments and resubmit within the stipulated timeframe
- Revised manuscripts may undergo a second round of review
6
Final Decision & Publication
- The editorial board makes the final decision based on reviewer input
- Accepted papers proceed to formatting, copyright clearance, and publication
